When you submit the buyer enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, country, email address, optional phone number, product interest, estimated volume, destination port, preferred Incoterm and your message.

Our hosting and form provider may also process technical information needed to deliver the website and protect the form from abuse, such as IP address, browser type and submission time.

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess whether we can supply your programme, prepare a quote and manage any resulting commercial relationship.

We may also use it to keep records of enquiries, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Where data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to B2B enquiries and operating our business, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or on consent where consent is requested.

You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing.

We do not sell contact data. We share information with service providers that help us operate the website and forms, including Netlify as our hosting and form-processing provider, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

Service providers are expected to process information only for the purposes for which it was shared.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for a commercial relationship, a legal claim or a legal obligation. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Netlify may process technical data necessary to deliver the site and its forms.

If we add analytics or other tracking tools in future, we will update this policy and provide any consent mechanism required by law.

Our service providers may process information outside Angola. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
